What You'll Do:
Manage the Calendar: Handle scheduling and prioritize appointments for the Agent, ensuring efficient use of their time.
Act as Liaison: Serve as the main contact for communication between the Agent, team members, clients, and external partners.
Administrative Support: Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Agent.
Organize Meetings: Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering if needed.
Create Systems: Develop and implement procedures to streamline the Agent's activities.
Handle Social Media: Manage content creation and analytics for social media channels.
Event Logistics: Arrange travel, manage event details, and handle product sales at engagements.
Welcome Visitors: Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
Facilitate Sales: Support and follow up on sales appointments and activities.
Personal Duties: Assist with personal tasks for the Agent as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support, with a background in executive assistance preferred.
Flexibility: Able to travel within the US and internationally if required.
Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Proactive Attitude: Driven, professional, and capable of working independently with a creative and quick-thinking approach.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with CRM systems.

Philadelphia, PA: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to the area is required.
Education & Experience:
Preferred: Associate degree and 2 years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and administrative support.
Required: 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
