What You'll Do:

Manage the Executive's Calendar: Handle scheduling, appointments, and prioritize important matters to keep things running smoothly.
Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Provide Administrative Support: Assist with drafting emails, memos, and communications, and prepare necessary documentation.
Organize Meetings & Events: Schedule, send reminders, and handle logistics for meetings and events, including travel arrangements.
Create Efficient Systems: Develop and implement systems to streamline the Agent's activities and ensure efficiency.
Handle Social Media & CRM: Manage social media content and analytics, and maintain CRM systems as needed.
Personal Assistance: Perform various personal tasks for the Agent to support their day-to-day activities.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably with executive assistance.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree preferred.
Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Philadelphia, PA, with the option for hybrid remote work.
