Five Acres is Chef Greg Baxtrom's third restaurant in New York City. With this project, he is reimagining the Farm to Table concept in a gut-renovated Rockefeller Plaza space. Open for lunch and dinner, the seasonal menus will feature creative takes on some of Chef Baxtrom's key fine-dining recipes and techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the daily operations. You will manage the dining room and oversee all team members to ensure a positive guest experience. In addition, you will be responsible for administrative and organizational functions with the goal of ensuring a smooth, successful, and profitable operation.
