Role: Automotive Dealer Coaches
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote + Travel (75% to 90%)
Note: Only W2, No C2C
We are looking for Automotive Dealer Coaches to assist our clients by developing and delivering dealer coaching and training focused on dealer operations, performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design, development, and delivery of dealer coaching focused around improving dealer performance, profitably and customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience working at an automotive dealership in various roles (i.e. sales, finance, operations, etc.), or OEM experience in dealer development.
* Track record of developing and delivering coaching and training programs focused around improving dealer performance, customer experience and future of retail concepts.
* Experienced in working on multiple dealer projects and with multiple teams and clients simultaneously.
* Well versed in conducting training-gap analysis, curriculum development and delivery methodologies including in-person trainings sessions via one-on-one format, group settings format, WebEx and e-learning formats.
* Strong analytical capabilities to review dealer, OEM data and external financial data and provide insights and opportunities for improved performance and profitability.
* Maintain an awareness of industry trends and develops training materials and strategies to incorporate trends and market changes/needs.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point packages are essential.
* Willing to travel 75% - 90%
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching and training focused around improving dealer performance, customer experience.
* Key focus and objective is to help implement processes that will ultimately improve market share and sales volume.
* Cover several aspects of dealer operations, including new car sales, pre-owned/certified pre-owned sales, service/parts/aftersales, and product specialists.
* Influence dealer behavior and gain acceptance of the performance improvement programs.
* Promote new ideas and business solutions that consider industry trends and market needs.
* Work closely with OEM field team and dealer personnel to anticipate and address concerns and assist in resolving problems as they arise.
