Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst & Solution Consultant to join our expanding team. What we expect:

  • Providing solution design, business &technical analysis and consultancy for Knovvu platform and applications such as Knovvu Conversational Analytics, Knovvu AQM (Automated Quality Management), Knovvu RTG (Real Time Guidance), Knovvu Virtual Agent, and Knovvu Voice Biometrics, throughout the whole delivery process.
  • Analyzing business and technical demands and needs of customers in detail and playing a role in the design and deployment of the required solution
  • Conducting business and technical training along with the overall consultancy process
  • Onboarding the customer to Knovvu platform and applications and making sure the customers are getting the best out of the Knovvu platform, resulting in high level of customer satisfaction,
  • Providing support in the preparation of different language supports (etc. creating pre-built flows/reports and contributing to the preparation of user manuals or technical documents)
  • Providing consultancy in Presales processes when needed
  • Providing insights / feedback to Product Management team about the emerging customer needs that can be added to the product roadmap as new product features or improvements
  • Having technical know how about products, topology, working on integration/API, debugging, SQL or reporting tools,
  • Creating success stories with clients about Sestek products

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in one of these areas; IT, call center technologies, API, or voice technologies.
  • Experience in quality assurance of customer service, consultancy and business analysis is preferred. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis, SQL, and API integration methods.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization, and diagramming tools like Visio or Draw.io.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Coding skills in C# is a plus
