We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities of Civil Litigation Attorney :

Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more.
Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.
Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.
Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Qualifications of Civil Litigation Attorney :

* Juris Doctor (J.D.)
* Massachusetts Bar License (Required)
* 1+ years of experience
* Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting
* Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus
* Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members
* Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes
