Job Description

Customer Service and Repair Coordinator Location Largo, FL : Position Description: The Customer Service and Repair Coordinator provides sales support, order management, and service coordination for Lloyd, Newage, and Chatillon products. This position generates a positive customer experience for Test customers by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned:
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships - Introduce new customers to contracted distributors. Ensure ease of doing business and demonstrate graciousness, accountability, and timeliness.
Service Coordination - Quote and invoice service solutions. Schedule field service technician visits to customer sites and coordinate returns for calibration at the factory.
Phone and Email Communication - Triage incoming phone calls and emails related to pricing, order status, inventory levels, and basic technical support.
Order Entry and Maintenance - Process new sales orders and confirm scheduled ship dates to customers. Provide special attention to expedites and investigate and resolve delays.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree from college or technical school preferred.
1-3 years customer service experience required; experience with a manufacturer or manufacturer's representative preferred.
Enthusiasm for customer-centric activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Previous experience with ERP software (Oracle preferred); CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
