In this role, you will help inspire the next generation of retail products and experiences for Disney Parks and Signature Experiences! 

What You Will Do

As our Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Innovation team’s research & design projects by…

  • Creating mood boards/POVs that inspire creative direction

  • Building Presentations and Infographics that bring data and insights to life for functional, organization-wide engagement

  • Participating in ideation sessions to develop new products and immersive retail experiences

  • Maintaining a pulse of Disney Parks consumer trends

  • Researching consumer trends and signals to help spark innovation

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong graphic design skillset with experience creating branding, POVs, infographics, and presentations

  • Awareness of Disney parks trends and market design trends

  • Strong traditional & digital drawing skills and concepting capabilities

  • Strong creative computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint)

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects

Education

  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or Interior Design

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization  

Additional Information

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at the office

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026

  • Must have the ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday - Friday, for the duration of the internship

  • Being able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required
