Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in educating potential customers about the benefits of our Mailback Solutions program. We'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills and achieve your career goals. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with limited sales experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. No sales experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with potential customers via outbound phone calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs and clearly explain how our Mailback Solutions program offers a safe, compliant, and cost-effective waste disposal alternative
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales cycle, address objections, and confidently close deals
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and drive long-term loyalty
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals within a supportive and collaborative team
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus)
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training and development programs to strengthen your sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • No prior sales experience required — we welcome entry-level candidates ready to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a sales-driven environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate client concerns
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required
