Job Description

Seasoned Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions and act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. You will work to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee benefits administration and maintain employee records.
• Support training initiatives and facilitate workshops.
• Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Manage HR-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.

Pay is $25-$35 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Within commutable distance to Escondido. Position is 95% remote, and an occassional day in Escondido.
