Job Description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse- ICU. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Herrin, IL, 62948

Assignment Start Date: 4/14/2025

13 weeks | Nights |12-hour shift | 36 hours guaranteed weekly

What You Will Do:

• Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual care plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 2 years of RN experience is required
• Preferably with two years of ICU experience at least.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current Illinois Registered Nurse license is required
• ACLS is required
• PALS is preferred

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: Nights , 1900 to 0730. Weekends Every other weekend expectation Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday nights are not considered a weekend.
