Originally launched as a beloved halal street cart in New York City, our iconic fast-casual brand has grown to 100 restaurants across three continents, with over 300 more in development worldwide. As we expand, we're seeking a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters.
Role Overview:
Analyze potential restaurant sites using real estate selection criteria and franchise models.
Create dynamic presentations using PowerPoint to showcase site analysis to franchisees.
Review and ensure adherence to corporate standards in documents like Letters of Intent and Leases.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite proficiently, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Guide franchisees through the site search and lease execution processes.
Utilize tools like Google Earth Pro to update and manage franchise territories.
Conduct market analysis to identify new development opportunities and prepare presentations based on findings.
Collaborate with franchisees to optimize site selection based on internal metrics.
Coordinate weekly calls with franchisees to track progress in the real estate site selection process.
Support the Construction Department with analysis related to value engineering and project research.
Assist in ad hoc projects related to Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) and internal datasets.
Maintain and update Real Estate documents in OneDrive to ensure accurate data storage.
Introduce franchisees to project management tools like Franconnect to streamline processes.
Utilize data analytics tools like Kalibrate to generate reports on proposed territories and sites.
Prepare economic analysis reports for internal deals and ad hoc requests.
Collaborate with the Director on deal analysis and progress tracking.
Develop effective timelines with franchisees to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate internal meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Use Python to automate analytical processes and internal tasks.
Present analysis findings concisely to the Director and Chief Development Officer.
Requirements:
Background in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Project Management, Business Management, Real Estate Development, or Hospitality Management.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to commute to our corporate office in Uniondale, NY (relocation in October 11553).
