Job Description

From Sioux Center to Wakonda, SD and Alcestor, from Irene to Beresford, from Viborg to Sioux Falls and Brandon & Brookings, SD we are Interim Healthcare! Job Duties May Include:* PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings

• Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
• Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
• Work with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
• Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
• Other nursing responsibilities, as needed

Experience:* Active LPN License within South Dakota or Iowa, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility

• Maintains required certification(s)
• Experience highly preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years of age, or older
