Consistency is key. • Master Negotiation & Contracts: Guide motivated buyers and sellers through the luxury real estate process, securing signed agreements and expertly negotiating on their behalf. • Buyer Representation: Identify client needs, secure financing pre-approvals, curate bespoke property searches, and facilitate seamless transactions. • Seller Representation: Provide expert guidance on pricing, marketing, and preparing homes for top-tier presentation and optimal sales outcomes.
