Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive property business plan, focusing on budget objectives, compliance goals, marketing strategies, and financial targets. Achieve business goals and revenue targets through strong leadership.
  • Exceptional Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters, addressing property performance, resident concerns, and employee issues promptly and effectively. Your leadership and management skills will be crucial in achieving these goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reporting, including property status updates, financial reports, and marketing plans, all while ensuring adherence to budgets. Utilize your management skills to collaborate with Area Managers and other team members, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
  • Financial Savvy: Oversee property purchasing to maintain budget compliance and work closely with management on budget implementation. Your ability to lead, manage, and motivate property staff is essential to achieving success.
  • Market Mastery: Lead marketing activities, reviewing market data, weekly lead reports, and screening metrics to stay ahead of the competition. Your leadership skills will guide your team to excel in the dynamic property market.
  • Risk Management: Take charge of property risk management, safety standards, and liability for both team members and residents. Your leadership in reviewing and approving property purchasing while maintaining adherence to the budget is vital.
  • Team Empowerment: Collaborate with Maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for the market promptly. Use your management skills to develop marketing budgets and implement advertising plans while monitoring ad effectiveness and spending.
  • Collections Expertise: Monitor monthly delinquency reports and enforce company policies for collections. Your leadership in this area will maintain financial stability.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Ensure responsible pricing by enforcing the use of approved vendors. Utilize your management skills to ensure property teams use systems as intended.
  • People Development: Mentor, coach, supervise, and develop onsite team members through effective leadership and management.
