PRIVATE BANKING WEALTH ANALYST I

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Supports Private Banking client teams in delivering investment analysis and wealth planning materials for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families within a specific region. Partners with Private Banking team in business development and relationship management activities to support prospects and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Investment Analysis and Financial Planning

• Provide in-depth sales materials for Private Banking client teams by creating sophisticated portfolio and market analyses using a variety of investment and financial markets databases and tools.
• Assist Private Banking client teams in performing wealth planning analyses using a variety of financial planning tools and databases.
• Collaborate closely with Private Banking client team members.
• Lead region as the subject matter expert in using Galaxy and eMoney as primary planning resources and tools.
• Lead in the administrative and follow up actions to ensure delivery of Investment Policy Statements.

  Business Development

• Partner with Private Banking teams in business development, on boarding and ongoing servicing.
• Participate in profiling across the full spectrum of the needs of PB target segments.
• Participate with Private Banking client teams on sales calls including pre-brief and de-brief meetings.
• Work on special projects as requested. 

Relationship Management

• Ensure client's current goals, risk tolerance and constraints are reflected in the Investment Policy Statement and investment objective selection.
• Participate with Private Investment Consultant and Portfolio Manager when further asset allocation tailoring is needed to meet the client's needs (and will be reflected in the IPS).
• Participate in managing relationships with the client team in planning, delivery, and regular review with clients. Produce materials to support meeting preparation and the client meeting. Deliver a high degree of personal contact and open communication among clients and internal team that creates a superior client experience.
• Effectively participate with client team to support setting strategies and provide services across the full product spectrum in order to become the client's sole or lead provider.

  Risk Management and Compliance

• Keep current on client’s financial information while ensuring that clients understand the solutions being provided.
• Maintain all appropriate training and continuing education requirements for bank compliance, licenses and certifications.

Must-Have*

• 1-3 years of experience in investments or other financial services industries.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities required or successfully passed within 6 months of hire date.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs as well as exposure to Bloomberg, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, eMoney, and other financial databases is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a professional team environment.

Compensation

Starting base salary: $65,296 - $104,304 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
