We are looking for a Process Solutions Specialist (CV/CTS) to join our Automotive Refinish Coatings team in Whitehouse, OH.

As an ECR Process Solutions Specialist for CTS, you will be responsible for the application evaluations of global CTS products and systems with high focus on efficiencies, customer solutions with globally harmonized concepts. You will be responsible for the development of technical documentation to support CTS products and related training contents.

As a Process Solutions Specialist CV/CTS (Whitehouse, OH), you create chemistry by...

• Conducting application evaluations of global CTS products and systems, including competitor benchmark products, following global process application methods and measures to:
  • Achieve product development technical profiles
  • Determine industry best process efficiencies
  • Investigate complaints of global CTS products and systems 
• Coordinating criteria, scope, method and procedures for customer field trials of Global CTS products and systems development projects to validate market acceptance prior to launch, following global methods and reporting templates.
• Capturing all application evaluation and field trial related data, summarizing outcomes and findings in global reporting templates and databases, and timely reporting of all activities.
• Developing technical documentation & training content and undertaking competitor benchmark for local value selling proposition data to support market initiatives.  
• Implementing Global CTS product and system training packages to targeted North American markets.
• Implementing of CTS technical skill development solutions for all customer interfacing technical staff (BASF, distribution, importer, and 3rd party service providers) to create a scaling effect of CTS technical field know-how, to enhance FTE efficiencies, OVP to North American markets and effective use of CTS products and solutions.

If you...

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry (preferably) or equivalent refinish market experience
• Have a minimum 5 years automotive technical management, process analysis and improvement, project management or customer technical support experience showing increasing responsibilities 
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and logical thinking
• Prove ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Have exceptional written and spoken English
• Have advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office
