Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Lead follow up • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Sales mastery • Database and CRM nurturing Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
