We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Destination Event Coordinator opportunity. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all worldwide! Role Overview As a Remote Destination Event Coordinator, you will create unforgettable experiences by planning and booking trips for clients.   • Webinars and Specialization: Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations.
  • Budget Management: Review and plan trips according to clients’ budget constraints.
  • Promotional Materials: Create and utilize promotional materials to attract clients.
  • Monitor Restrictions: Stay updated on travel restrictions and changes.
  • Booking Needs: Book travel components such as airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, and event tickets.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their trips.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle any issues that may arise during bookings or travel.
  • Networking: Network with tour operators to offer attractive packages to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Travel Planning: Coordinate all aspects of the trip, from transportation to accommodations and activities.
  • Destination Expertise: Utilize training to provide expert advice on various destinations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in continuous learning and certification programs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
  • Effective communication skills, with a strong sales background being a plus.
  • Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required).
  • Personal travel experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
