As an affordable housing credit officer on the Community Development Real Estate team, you will play an integral role in the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) mission by financing the construction of affordable housing. You will be responsible for taking a leadership role in evaluating transactions, preparing credit packages, closing transactions, and monitoring projects through repayment.
