Collaborate closely with our design team to produce visually stunning social media assets.
Craft compelling messaging for social posts and website content that resonates with our audience.
Platform Management:
Utilize top-tier tools and practices to schedule and publish social media content effectively.
Organize and maintain digital assets to streamline workflow.
Implement tailored strategies for LinkedIn, including group engagement and content publication.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge the impact of our efforts.
Regularly report on performance, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Influencer and Partnership Outreach:
Engage with influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and influence.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key figures in the social media landscape.
Engagement and Response:
Responsibly manage engagement and responses on social platforms according to our established strategy.
Actively engage with our online community, fostering connections and addressing inquiries and comments.
Compliance and Trend Monitoring:
Ensure all digital content adheres to accessibility standards, fostering inclusivity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience in social media management or a similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
Strong grasp of content creation and editorial calendar management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership outreach.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience with social media scheduling tools and Airtable.
Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies.
Knowledge of digital content accessibility standards.

Additional Details:
Performance Location: Remote.
Clearance Type: None.
Hourly Part-Time: $25 - $28.
Work Hours: Flexible, with the opportunity to work 4 hours per day between 9am - 5pm EST.
Note: US Citizenship is required for this position.
