Job Description
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Automation Tester to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team! In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality of our products by overseeing the end-to-end QE processes for our clients. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to enhance our QE practices and tools, making a significant impact on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with QE policies. This includes defining and documenting the test approach while coordinating with change and release management teams.
Create and maintain automated test cases and performance test cases to ensure efficient testing processes.
Plan and support the execution of end-to-end QE for Functional and Integration scenarios. This involves creating project test plans, executing test cases, and coordinating defect assignment and resolution.
Facilitate and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and related activities.
Conduct performance testing for applications, which includes developing performance test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and preparing detailed performance test reports.
Oversee requirements validation testing tasks and integration testing for all relevant applications.
Plan and execute end-to-end Regression Testing for any changes in the application landscape.
Identify and operationalize automation opportunities to enhance testing efficiency, supporting our Continuous Testing and Delivery methodology.
Manage an enterprise-wide defect management process, integrating production incident/problem management with development/test defect management.
Create and maintain a comprehensive QE service catalog and portal.
Regularly update and refine QE processes and tooling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of QE processes and tools.
Strong familiarity with tools such as Rest-Assured, JMeter, Selenium, Zephyr, JIRA, and Postman.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of testing practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes.
Proficiency in database management and related technologies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Scripting skills are a plus.

Salary Range: $101,885.00 - $108,643.00 per year
