Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instruction: Tailor digital lessons to meet the needs of students with various disabilities, ensuring they can thrive in a virtual learning environment.
Develop and implement virtual IEPs: Create and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and accommodations to meet each student's specific learning goals.
Collaborate with a digital team: Work closely with families, general educators, and support staff through online platforms to ensure student success.
Track and report progress: Use online assessment tools to monitor student growth, adjusting instruction as needed based on data and feedback.
Participate in virtual meetings: Join virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to review student progress and set future learning goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred)
Valid Tennessee teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
Experience working with students with disabilities in K-12 settings
Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and assistive technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a digital environment
