Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative media strategies that complement integrated advertising campaigns
• Execute hands-on campaign management from planning through optimization
• Create compelling media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analysis presentations
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements that exceed client KPIs
• Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and keep internal teams informed of industry developments
• Present media recommendations, campaign analyses, and strategic insights directly to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media reporting with other analytics, developing effective data visualizations and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in media planning/buying
• Minimum 2+ years of digital media experience
• Proven track record managing campaigns with annual budgets of $1MM+
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns across diverse platforms
• Expert in end-to-end digital campaign management, optimization, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve client ROI
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and related web analytics tools
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with syndicated media research tools (Resonate, MRI, Scarborough, SQAD, Vivix, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and budgets
