Trust and Estate Attorney

Position Overview:

Join our team in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as a Trust and Estate Attorney. We're on the lookout for an adept professional with 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee a caseload encompassing trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
* Draft and meticulously review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
* Offer sound legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding estate planning strategies and asset protection.
* Foster collaboration with fellow attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless representation of clients.

Qualifications:

* Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
* Demonstrated experience spanning 2-5 years in trust and estate law.
* Proven capability in managing client relationships and navigating complex legal scenarios.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude.
