Job Description

Shift: 7:30-4:30 M-F

Must have standup forklift experience
Pulling orders and talking to customers , putting up product
SAP experience is preferred
Helping pull equipment orders and small parts orders, assist walkin customers, Trained on system

Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards. Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good oral and written communications skills. Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications. General HVAC knowledge required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
